Purpose

S&OP Decision Lab provides educational content and an Excel simulator to support discussion of S&OP, MPS, ATP, stock, capacity, cost and cash trade-offs.

Permitted file use

Download is permitted for personal, educational or internal non-commercial evaluation. You may use the model to learn, test scenarios and discuss planning assumptions inside your organisation without reselling it.

Prohibited use without written permission

• reselling, renting, sublicensing or packaging the file in a paid offer;
• downloading or redistributing the file for commercial purposes;
• mirroring the file on another download platform;
• removing credits or presenting the model as your own product;
• using the file as a paid training, consulting or software deliverable.

Model limits

The simulator is a decision support aid. It does not replace business validation, data controls, ERP rules, financial review, quality requirements, contractual obligations or governance decisions.

Responsibility

The file is provided as is. Users remain responsible for their assumptions, adaptations, data security and decisions based on the model.
